Sunlitt 4.11, ready for iOS 27

Solar data, locations, and daily events are now more accessible across the system.

Sunlitt 4.11 introduces new integrations with Siri and Spotlight, a new Extra Large widget, and a resizable interface designed to work across different window sizes and devices.

Solar planning with Siri AI

Siri AI turns information that previously lived only inside Sunlitt into something you can use as part of a much broader workflow:

  • Ask Siri about golden hours, twilights, sunrise, sunset, and other solar events for the day.

  • Ask to get directions to one of your favorite place listed in Sunlitt, or send them to other apps.

  • Using on-screen awareness, let Siri take actions with the selected position.

These new capabilities expand existing workflows for photographers, architects, filmmakers, and anyone whose work depends on sunlight and locations.

More events in one widget

The Sun Events widget is getting bigger with its new Extra Large size that uses the additional space to surface even more solar event times at once.

Solar info in Spotlight

Sunlitt’s solar information is now discoverable through Spotlight.

Search for the solar information you need and see useful results directly in Spotlight without opening the app.

Get Sunlitt in any size

Sunlitt 4.11 also embraces the new resizable app experience, so Sunlitt feels at home across iPad, Apple Vision Pro, and whatever other compatible devices might be around the corner 👀

Sunlitt 4.11 will be available from day one of iOS 27. Update your device when iOS 27 arrives, update Sunlitt, and all these new ways to plan around the Sun will be ready to explore.
